Gaeilge Ghasta 6

Gaeilge Ghasta covers vocabulary and spelling from each of the 10 themes of the Irish Curriculum, with common grammar mistakes also addressed and the correct structures reinforced.

There are 10 exercises on each theme and they are structured to work as 5–10-minute tests with 10-12 questions in every test.

The exercises cover areas that will have been taught independently but they do allow for short, quick mini-lessons during correction where the class teacher sees a need for such. These mini-lessons will be reinforced over the following exercises, providing context and opportunity to solidify the learning.

Children will see their common mistakes and create their own strategies for ensuring they avoid them in the longer term.
