Intense bouquet with notes of dried flowers, mint, spices and green apple. Well structured, racy, mineral and fresh. Unique finish. A sweet, aromatic, slightly fizzy wine with great fullness and satisfaction.

The Moscato grapes are planted in one of pur “Sorì” (southern facing) slopes in San Rocco Seno d’Elvio (Alba) an area in the PIedmont region of Barbaresco designated for Moscato. A rough steep terrain, with a marked southern exposure where the work must be done by hand and the production is very small.
